Overview
At Ahina LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

- Intimate or sanitary products

- Any book showing obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
